Policy Development Manager, YouTube Trust and Safety

As the Trust and Safety Policy Development Manager, you will manage reputed company of skilled Policy Leads working on diverse content moderation issues. You will act as a player/coach on the team, both leading the team as well as separate policy initiatives. In this role, you will sometimes review graphic, controversial, or offensive video content. Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company of Policy Leads working on multiple controversial content areas, helping to ensure the team sets clear priorities, manages its time effectively, and develops clear and compelling policy proposals for executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 7 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.

• 1 year of experience in people management, leading reputed company.
