Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

Night Shift: 5:45pm - 6:15am - 2/2/3 What You'll Do for Us

• Serve as the driving force behind the implementation of the maintenance work schedule, ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison between production supervision and the maintenance department to facilitate communication and coordinate improvement initiatives.

• Utilize data analytics to assess equipment failure models and mean time between failures (MTBF), recommending improvements that reduce or eliminate equipment and process failures.

• Implement fail-safe mechanisms to capture maintenance work order data regularly, promoting a systematic approach toward maintenance service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical school background is desirable, along with CMRP certification or equivalent.
• 4+ years of production plant experience with a robust mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Proven ability to estimate labor hours, visualize jobs to be performed, and manage materials effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate reputed company situations using tact.
• Strong administrative skills coupled with proficiency in mathematical calculations and paperwork management.
• Readiness to handle multiple reputed company projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
