Responsibilities:
- Adhere to reputed company store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Properly execute selling initiatives and reputed company value to the customer.
- Follow reputed company food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements, if applicable.
- Greet and communicate easily with customers.
- Dedication to assisting customers’ needs to enhance their experience.
- Knowledgeable about products and services.
- Apply positivity to your customer service strategy by emphasizing “sales & specials.”

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge. Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Computer literacy.
- Fun, friendly and happy.
- Ability to learn policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products.
- Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting.
- Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in reputed company weather conditions unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
