Role Summary The Recurring Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing reputed company from our existing client reputed company. This role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities to expand our footprint reputed company client accounts. Key Responsibilities · - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. · - Conduct regular reputed company-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and value delivery. · - Drive renewals of software licenses, hardware AMCs, and service reputed company. · - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., new hardware, additional modules, locations). · - Track client usage, service tickets, and overall engagement to pre-empt churn risks. · - Manage a churn prevention pipeline and reputed company retention strategies. · - Collaborate with the Service Delivery, Technical Support, and Finance teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and billing accuracy. · - Monitor SLA performance and proactively address client concerns. · - Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions and sales reputed company. · - Prepare weekly reports on renewals, upsells, at-risk accounts, and reputed company targets. · Knowledge in SDLC Key KPIs · - Client Retention reputed company · - Renewal Conversion reputed company · - Monthly Recurring reputed company from Existing Clients · - Average Upsell per Client · - Client NPS / Satisfaction Score · - SLA Compliance reputed company Required Skills & Qualifications · - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field · - Proven experience in B2B account management or sales (SaaS, tech, or retail preferred) · - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills · - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, reputed company) · - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple client accounts · - Self-motivated, reputed company-driven, and customer-centric Preferred · - Experience working in a hardware+software product business · - Background in retail technology, POS systems, or inventory reputed company Apply Job!
