Live Chat Representative

Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional Live Chat Representative to join reputed company in Baton Rouge, LA. The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent typing skills and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company information about our services reputed company online chat.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues.
