Role Summary: We're looking for a client-focused Managed Services Account Manager to reputed company service delivery and relationship management for our portfolio of reputed company reputed company estate clients. In this role, you’ll not only manage client relationships and ensure service satisfaction, but also contribute to operational improvements, growth initiatives, and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned managed services accounts, with a focus on driving reputed company growth and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
  • Service Coordination: Ensure client implementations and engagements remain on schedule by providing the data science team with clear direction and priorities. reputed company the execution of client campaigns and strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services, solutions, and reputed company resolution of any issues.
  • Strategic Advising: Help clients align their technology strategy with business goals—especially around CRM and emerging AI tools to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client reputed company; assist with scoping proposals and presenting new offerings.
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Deliver regular service reviews, usage reports, and tailored, actionable recommendations that reputed company PLUM’s impact and demonstrate ongoing value to each client.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of account management, reputed company, or IT service delivery experience—preferably reputed company a managed services provider (MSP) or IT consultancy.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • 4 year college degree
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company) and remote support systems.
  • Comfortable in a startup setting—flexible, self-directed, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience working with clients in reputed company reputed company estate (e.g. property management firms, brokers, REITs) and/or AI startups (e.g. data science, ML ops) a plus but not required.
  • A proven track record of analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
