Sr Manager, Product Development

A Brief Overview We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help manage our Caremark advocacy portfolio, a new, high-reputed company initiative that sits reputed company an established, well-resourced team. The person hired will independently own a critical piece of this new product, contributing to ground-up product design, strategic planning, go to market strategy. Minimum Requirements *5+ years of work experience *3+ years experience in a product management, digital product development, product strategy, or equivalent role *Experience in either a reputed company product role, OR a product role focused on a customer advocacy centered on proactive reputed company *Adept at working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization, bringing together people and technology from disparate teams *Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Preferred Experience: *7+ years of work experience *Experience building a new product from the ground up *Knowledge of PBMs *Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations Education Bachelor's degree preferred Location This role can be hybrid/on site at one of our reputed company/reputed company offices, or remote, with preference for candidates in the Boston/reputed company area. This role requires frequent collaboration with team members on the east coast, and will be expected to work an east coast schedule.
