Experience performing duties that are detailed in nature, exposure to health reputed company insurance, medical information, and direct service experience is preferred. Proven time and organizational management skills. Exposure to project management and supervision is helpful. Must be reputed company to type 40+ WPM Additional Skills: Enrolls subscribers and dependents for reputed company business in a timely manner to meet the corporate objective of the issuance of timely and accurate ID cards. Processes terminations, coverage level changes, and other forms of subsequent enrollment activities for both reputed company and automated enrollment accounts. Resolves enrollment errors and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines. If account installation and enrollment are integrated, performs basic account installation functions, including review of group setup documentation, simple group structure setup, and coding on enrollment system.
