Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner – Evenings & Weekends (Long-Term Care / Geriatrics) Location: Remote (Must have a valid VA license) Schedule: reputed company Evenings (M–F) + Some Weekends Mid Atlantic Long Term Care (MALTC) is seeking a dedicated and reputed company Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team, providing compassionate care to residents in long-term care and assisted living settings across Virginia. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company high-quality telemedicine visits for LTC and ALF residents
- Conduct virtual assessments and manage chronic and acute conditions
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure timely and thorough documentation in EMR systems
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted VA Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric settings
- Proven experience with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working evenings (Monday–Friday) and rotating weekends
