About the Role

We are looking for Recruiterto join us on our reputed company to facilitate a digital reputed company in the B2B supply chain. The Recruiter utilizes sourcing techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates and build a consistent candidate pool. Pre-screen resumes, screen candidates, and assist in hiring reputed company while following established staffing processes consistently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish effective reputed company strategies and identify creative reputed company methods to reputed company the most reputed company candidates
• reputed company hands-on, full-cycle reputed company support for critical, hard-to-fill technical (software engineering) positions
• Evaluates candidate profiles and resumes; represents the company to candidates; completes detailed candidate phone screens, prepares candidate evaluations, and presents candidates to hiring manager.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management in order to meet requirement needs
• Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning "satisfaction level" and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure reputed company customer satisfaction

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree (B.A.)

Compensation: $80-90k
