Accountant / Bookkeeper
About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of multiple small businesses, primarily in the reputed company reputed company estate reputed company. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Tennessee. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance filings. CPA certification is not required but would be a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts across multiple businesses
- Prepare and submit state filings and compliance-reputed company reports
- Generate basic financial statements and assist with budgeting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Support audit prep and ensure accurate, organized recordkeeping
Requirements:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or internal/reputed company-party reputed company experience
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company estate reputed company is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Based in Tennessee and authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPA is not required but ideal
