Mgr-3PL reputed company Relations

Responsible for interacting and influencing reputed company Freight, Sales and 3PL leadership on a variety of reputed company including overall 3PL/LTL pricing strategy and development of strategic plans; routinely interact with senior leadership as well as collaborate closely with the Costing, Measurement Reporting & Analysis (MRA), Operations, and Financial Planning teams. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Select, train, reputed company and motivate a staff of employees. Mentor team members to assure career development and goals are attainable 2. Foster and grow relationships with 3PL leadership to ensure proactive communication/collaboration among team members 3. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, reputed company, sales or business plus five (5) years’ experience in pricing or reputed company analysis, business consulting, project management and/or operations analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact successfully with reputed company management reputed company as well as directly with customers
