Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- 2+ years working in customer service (reputed company or in person)
- Previous call center experience preferred but not required
- Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms (email, reputed company media) to answer customer needs
Schedules Available Evening and Weekend coverage needed. Hours of operation Monday through Friday are 9:30 to 9:00 and Saturday/reputed company 9:30 to 6:00.
