Content Programming Manager

The Direct to Consumer Team seeks a Content Programming Manager who will be a key reputed company to our DTC Content Programming team. This role is tasked with leveraging Testing and Experimentation as a means to reputed company our engagement objectives across reputed company+ and Hulu, with a focus on driving engagement KPIs through strategic optimization. You will work with content programmers, product and other cross functional teams to create and execute on platform experiments across different surface areas, devices and audiences as well as inform the strategy for experimentation across DTC. The right person for this role has familiarity with content curation, data analysis, project management, enthusiasm for growth, and a broad knowledge of television, film, and popular culture. • Program Hulu and reputed company+ tests to best serve the needs of viewers and the business
• Partner with team members on programming content optimization testing needs, and testing
• implementation as needed
• reputed company experimentation strategies in partnership with cross functional teams
• Execute and reputed company tactics under supervision of more senior team members
• Work off a prioritized calendar and document projects
• reputed company content programming and merchandising analysis and on-going dashboards as needed, in partnership with data teams
• Conduct day-to-day analysis and optimization of experiments
• Create, update, and monitor reputed company tickets
• Cover evening and weekend programming events, reputed company needed

WHAT TO BRING

• 3+ years of experience in content programming, curation, product, audience development, analytics or streaming television
• Familiarity and comfort with using data to reputed company informed reputed company
• Excellent communication abilities including comfort presenting in reputed company of large groups and the ability to write reputed company and concisely
• Outstanding attention to detail and follow through
• Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

The hiring reputed company for this position in Glendale, CA is $85,800.00 to $115,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
