Virtual Therapist (W2) - Fully Remote

Job Summary R&R Mental Health Counseling is growing — and we’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate therapist to join our fully virtual group practice as a W2 employee. We specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist to join reputed company. • Experience with teens, families, or young adults preferred

Responsibilities

• reputed company virtual therapy sessions focusing on behavioral health and mental health counseling, including work with teens/young adults.
• Conduct patient assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and support their mental well-being.

Position Details

• Hours: minimum of 10 client sessions per week
• Setting: 100% virtual, HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Schedule: Flexible, after school hours required (you choose your availability reputed company reason)

• Pay: $50 per clinical session

Skills
