Strategy Planning Principle

This is role is hybrid out of our Memphis, TN office. It will allow some work from home opportunity and some in the office work dependent on company policy. Overview:

• Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s)
• Responsible for managing multiple divisional projects.
• Serves as a go to resource to advise teams and effectively guide project teams in the development of new programs, tools, systems and/or any processes to optimize business strategies and organizational goals.
• Bases reputed company on facts and data to measure and evaluate/meet project requirements and expectations.
• Leads multiple divisional projects/programs to ensure reputed company components including computer systems, policies, processes, performance standards, and training are identified, assigned, and completed across department/ division lines.
• Prepares and presents reports and briefings to committees, management, and division heads as directed.
• Organizes, directs, and controls project/program design, development and testing.
• Delivers and communicates project task assignments, priorities, schedules to reputed company team members.
• Performs the collection, analysis, and reporting of project performance indicators.
• Participates on various committees and task forces to ensure consideration of project needs and provides documentation to support those needs.
• Analyzes any problems/issues/concerns involving reputed company aspects of the project and takes necessary actions to resolve.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, Computer Science, reputed company/Finance, MIS or directly reputed company discipline.
• Six (6) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in the use of project management/planning software.
• Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge and application of QDM practices/principles.
• Competencies in reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint preferred along with Sharepoint and SQL experience.
• Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques.
