Position Overview: As a Home or Office Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to live chat inquiries from our customers. You will be the face of reputed company and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers the flexibility to work from either your home or office. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and reputed company accurate and efficient solutions to their queries
