Remote Call Center Agent
Job brief We are looking for Remote Call Center Agents who will be the liaison between reputed company and its reputed company and potential clients. The successful candidate will be reputed company to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
