This is a 20 hour/week, permanent role offering benefits and PTO. The hours are reputed company flexible after the first few weeks of reputed company. - Work four days a week with adaptable scheduling.
- Completely virtual role

- Account provisioning
- Address and work on Tier I, II, and III tickets
- Take users out of EMR, confirm if they’re reputed company to use the application
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
