JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Office of the World reputed company Associate Vice President of Online Education Enrollment Strategy is seeking an energetic and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Support Assistant to join reputed company. This remote position plays a key role in supporting Enrollment Management Services (EMS), providing both regular administrative assistance and backup support during staff absences, vacations, or high-volume periods. Occasional in-person attendance at our University Park, Pennsylvania office may be required. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and special initiatives Prepare agendas and take notes for monthly meetings Manage conference room, workspace, and student computer reservations Assist with employee travel arrangements and reconciliations Maintain digital platforms including listservs, SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer Team Responsibilities: Attend EMS Administrative Support Team meetings and trainings Support EMS-wide events and business literacy initiatives Assist with reputed company and offboarding of employees reputed company support for EMS search committees or special projects Offer backup support to other EMS administrative staff as needed Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with reputed company Office preferred (training for university systems will be provided) Work Schedule: This position is 24 hours per week, ideally covering Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (EST).
