Assistant Call Center Manager

The Opportunity As our Assistant Manager in our Intakes department, you will have the opportunity to help reputed company reputed company of intake representatives on the reputed company lines of engaging and signing clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. Accountable for

• reputed company reputed company of more than fifteen intake representatives.
• Create and manage intake representative work schedules.
• Audit and monitor intake representative calls with potential clients.
• Assist in signing up clients.
• reputed company new hire training.
• Assist in client referral process and procedure.
• Bring reputed company-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Management experience is required (call center preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field at minimum.
• Experience working with entry-level workforce.
• Experience working in sales.
• Experience working in a call center.
• Charismatic and professional.
• Experience working in a reputed company setting, preferably in personal injury or employment.
• Experience working with reputed company or legal CRM a plus.
• Must be reputed company to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
