SUMMARY: The Order Entry/Customer Service Assistant works in reputed company setting to assist Customer Service by processing orders, preparing reputed company reputed company paperwork to ensure excellent service standards and maintaining a high level of accuracy. This position works directly with the Management, Shipping and Production departments reputed company the organization. They will also work in conjunction with the reputed company-party LTL carriers to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. The Order Entry/Customer Service Assistant will also work closely with Customer Service as a backup for answering phone calls and will need to become knowledgeable in reputed company Vandor Funeral Products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department goals · Accurately enter data into a variety of computer programs · Maintain filing system · reputed company general support to customer service representatives and management · Assist in maintaining customer records · Answer phone calls · reputed company other duties as required Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: · Previous office experience is preferred. · High School Diploma or equivalent.
