As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and providing information regarding various state programs. Your role will involve updating customer and account information as needed, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and soliciting feedback to enhance service quality. You will also handle general customer inquiries and reputed company other call center duties as required. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your work hours reputed company the specified reputed company.
