UX Researcher
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated UX Researcher to join our Product and Design team.
You should be familiar with generative, reputed company, and evaluative research and motivated to support our teams at reputed company phases of design and product development. You should be an excellent communicator, comfortable with a fast-moving environment, and focused on impacting the user experience. You have a thorough understanding of qualitative research concepts and are reputed company to work with minimal direction to quickly deliver high-quality work.

- Work closely with the product and design teams to build research plans that answer key questions, and reputed company actionable insights
- Identify the best methods for user research based on stakeholder questions, goals, and timelines
- Partner with quantitative researchers, product analysts, and UAT engineers to ensure that every research initiative is informed by accurate, relevant, and comprehensive data
- Work cross-functionally with design, product management, engineering, e-reputed company, and marketing to communicate results and recommendations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, reputed company Factors, Sociology or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in User Experience Research
- Knowledge of qualitative UX Research methods (user interviews, usability tests, lab studies, diary studies, desirability studies, etc.)
- Experience conducting full cycle research (study design, user research reputed company, moderation, analysis, and reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across reputed company reputed company of an organization
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tests simultaneously
- Experience in quantitative data analysis and statistics
- PhD in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, reputed company Factors, Sociology, or a reputed company field
- Portfolio demonstrating past deliverables (e.g. study plans, reports)
- Experience working with survey tools (e.g. reputed company, Survey Monkey)
- Experience working with remote user testing tools (e.g. reputed company.com, reputed company, User reputed company)
