Head of Game Design
We’re looking for a Head of Game Design to drive production quality, reputed company feature development, and shape the future of our game modes.
In this role, you'll guide and grow reputed company of designers, reputed company best practices, mentor talents and play a key role in evaluating and evolving the design team.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with producers and game designers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts
- Evaluate new projects from a game design perspective
- At least 3 years of experience as a reputed company Game Designer in commercially successful projects
- An interest in genre such as Idle Tycoon and deep, long-term player engagement
- Deep understanding of system game design principles
- Clear understanding of monetization strategies and principles
- Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects
- Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and industry trends
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with game analytics

- Strong leadership and reputed company management skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
