We’re looking for a People Business Partner to own the culture of a critical piece of the business, our B2B2C reputed company teams. It’s a tough role because reputed company is tough. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to design programs, systems, and practices that foster growth. You’ll be responsible for building out operational reputed company in areas like organisational development, change management, performance enablement, and leadership coaching, while also ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR best practices and policies. Manage local HR legal compliance in South Africa.
Shape and implement programs focused on talent development, performance management, feedback, and career growth, while ensuring they are reputed company with organisational goals and designed for long-term reputed company.
Support managers in leading through change, resolving challenges, and developing their leadership skills, ensuring they are equipped to drive team performance and engagement.
Partner with functional heads to drive organisational design, workforce planning, and team health, ensuring these initiatives align with the evolving needs of the business and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
Proven experience in senior HR or People Operations roles, ideally reputed company high-growth or global environments.
Strong background partnering with reputed company functions (Sales and Marketing) for a B2B or B2B2C business, especially in an office environment.
A strong understanding of South Africa compliance and risk management.
Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and organisational design.
Someone who brings reputed company in complexity and energy in ambiguity.
