At reputed company, we’re building a high performing reputed company function, and we're looking for an reputed company Talent Operations Manager to reputed company the charge in optimsing our reputed company systems, tools, data, and processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, scaling environment and is excited to build infrastructure that enables a world class reputed company team.

• Own and manage our ATS (reputed company), ensuring reputed company configuration, adoption, and functionality
• Evaluate, implement, and manage sourcing and reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, scheduling software)
• reputed company regular audits of tools and tech stack; identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies and improve user experience.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track reputed company KPIs (time to fill, reputed company of hire, diversity metrics, etc.)
• reputed company data driven insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and reputed company strategy sessions

Process Optimisation

• Standardise processes across teams while enabling flexibility for unique role requirements
• Continuously improve candidate experience by identifying and removing friction in the hiring reputed company.

• Train recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers on tools, processes, and best practice
• Ensure compliance with global hiring policies, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR) and DEI guidelines

• Act as a thought partner to TA leadership on headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and budget alignment
• Partner with DEI leaders to drive reputed company and inclusive hiring practices across the funnel.
• Support employee referral programs and internal mobility processes.

• 4+ years in Talent Operations, reputed company Operations, or People Ops — preferably in tech or high-growth environments
• Proven experience managing ATS systems (reputed company strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and visual dashboards
• Comfortable evaluating new tools and managing vendor relationships
• Deep understanding of reputed company workflows and candidate lifecycle
• Passion for operational reputed company, process design, and team enablement
• Collaborative and communicative, with a bias for action and ownership.

• Experience supporting international reputed company
• Familiarity with tools like Gem, Teamable, GoodTime, or similar
• Project management or process improvement certifications.
