Job description: DescriptionSullivan Tire, an employee owned company, is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Representative I at our Waltham location. This individual will support sales efforts by providing customer service and order fulfillment to our internal and wholesale customers. They will work closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiency and productivity. - Coordinates deliveries with shipping departments
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
- Minimum of a high school diploma with two years of customer service experience
- Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred
- Excellent phone skills with the ability to offer highest quality of customer service
- Customer Service attitude
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company/Word) and Inventory Management Database
