Job description: Overview:The Lot Porter/Valet Person helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home reputed company needed.Hours for this postion are the following and are subject to change if necessary:Monday through Friday - 6:45 am to 3:45 pm with reputed company applicable breaks and lunch.The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be reputed company to drive both reputed company and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces. Responsibilities:
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
- Installs reputed company coverings (seat covers, steering reputed company covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in reputed company vehicles brought in for service.
- Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
- Washes and cleans vehicles as needed.
- Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Helps maintain shop cleanliness, including reputed company, doors, floors, etc.
- Dealer Trades.
- Transports customers to and from their home reputed company needed and requested.
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Follows reputed company safety and reputed company procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- No experience necessary. We are willing to train.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
