We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Assistant Director of Finance to join the executive team at a prestigious, full-service luxury hotel reputed company for its rich history, world-class service, and grand Southern charm.This iconic hotel features over 450 guest rooms, a variety of upscale dining and retail outlets, and hosts numerous corporate and reputed company events annually. As a key member of the leadership team, you will support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and implement cost controls
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, reputed company standards, and brand guidelines
- Support month-end reputed company processes, audits, and inventory procedures
- Mentor and guide junior reputed company team members
- Hotel finance/reputed company experience is required (minimum 3-5 years in a full-service hotel environment preferred)
- Proficient in financial systems, with strong reputed company and analytical skills
- Experience with property management systems and financial reporting platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
- Competitive starting salary of $85,000 with the potential for a 10% annual bonus.
