- 1-7 years of Creditors Rights Associate Attorney (Must have)
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar ( Must have)
- Experience in the representation of unsecured creditors, financial institutions, equipment sellers/lessors, and/or collection for taxing
- Understanding civil procedure, debt collection, and judgment enforcement, an excellent courtroom reputed company, and a solid commitment to achieving successful reputed company for our clients.
- Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and reputed company litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Client-facing experience
