Job title: AWS Connect - Lex / Chat Developer in Saint Louis, MO at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: We have a 6 month contract to hire for an AWS Connect Chat / Lex Developer. The position is 100% remote. The manager is looking for candidates who have reputed company Chat / Lex Platforms for large reputed company organizations.They are scaling up the Chat Team for AWS Connect. reputed company sets are; AWS Connect, LEX, Nodejs, DynamoDB, little bit of typescript, little bit of react.day to day responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions on IVR solution
• reputed company efficient and high-performance call flows
• Create unit tests to maximize code coverage and cover end to end business scenarios
• Support existing architecture and code
• Documents call flows and design as needed Work with other teams to understand scope and design efficient solution
• Collaborates reputed company the Agile reputed company, fosters reputed company approach to software development and delivery
• Ensure reputed company code developed follows DevOps practices

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• The developer needs to be an reputed company IVR developer with AWS Connect experience.
• The candidate should have experience building contact flows (both call and chat) in AWS Connect.
• The developer's primary responsibilities are to analyze, design, implement and test customized software applications.
• The developer will have a strong knowledge of software development and design and will have experience working to reputed company business-critical applications for contact centers.
