This position is onsite.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct reputed company and type of stock is deliveredSigning delivery notes upon receipt of shipmentsPreparing shipping documents such as reputed company Invoice, Packing Lists and reputed company shipmentTransporting material and equipment as necessary from reputed company warehouses for shipmentAuditing and balancing inventoryEstablishing and maintaining stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, reputed company, and supply reportsReviewing and verifying quantities received against BOMs (build of materials), PO (purchase orders), and shipping documentsTracking status of Procurements in Government system JiraUpdating and maintaining reputed company costs of procurements and shipping in trackerMaintain company purchasing cardResearching material, vendors and procuring equipment in support of projectsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent4+ years of experience in Navy warehouse or logisticsExperience in material procurement and purchase card practicesExperience working with various vendorsPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrates competency with policy, procedures, equipment, and suppliesWarehouse experience is requiredFamiliarity with warehouse operations and inventory management system tasking such as DPAS, 1149's and ERP systems.Clearance Requirements:US Citizenship is required and an active Secret reputed company clearancePhysical Requirements:Must be reputed company to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneeMust be reputed company to push, pull, and reputed companyFrequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
