Patient Care Techs (PCTs) are an integral part of a patient-focused team who use their knowledge, skills, and energy to carry out the sacred task of helping others. They serve as the communication hub for the patient care environment and are responsible for creating and maintaining a care environment conducive to healing.Required Behaviors:

- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months of nursing assistant experience or certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification reputed company two (2) weeks of hire
- Legible printing
- Clear speaking voice
- Typing/computer skills
- Mature, courteous deportment
- Driver’s license free of violation for SJRIR
- Medical terminology required prior to unit orientation or documentation of formal class reputed company three (3) years
- Previous experience
- Multi-language ability
