• Design Phase Cost Management: reputed company the development and maintenance of the reputed company of Design (BoD) cost models, ensuring alignment with program requirements and design reputed company.
• Programmatic Change Analysis: Evaluate and quantify cost impacts resulting from programmatic changes during the design and construction phases, collaborating closely with Pre-Construction and Construction teams to integrate changes effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Design, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure cost considerations are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cost Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process enhancements, contributing to the development of best practices and standards reputed company the cost engineering function.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost control, with specific knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or architectural cost elements.
• At least 2 years of experience in data center or other mission-critical construction environments (Semiconductors, Oil & Gas).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in cost estimating software such as Procore, RSMeans Data Online, ConWize, STACK, and ProEst.
• Experience reviewing and justifying budgets, with a strong understanding of cost estimation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company cost information effectively to both construction and non-construction professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple stakeholders across various disciplines.
