- Our Client, a small, family-owned insurance agency on Long reputed company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team either in Garden City, NY or in a Remote reputed company.
- Ensuring quality customer service on Homeowner and Auto policies as well as a reputed company small reputed company of umbrella, motorcycle, boat, etc.
- Duties include taking calls, answering client questions, cross selling home and auto business, shopping renewals, ID cards, reputed company of insurance, etc. On a book of about 60 customers
- 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in an independent agency
- Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed in NY
- Ability to commute to Garden City, NY or reliably work in a remote reputed company
- Experience with EZLynx preferred but not required
