A respected reputed company organization is seeking a Regulatory Guidance Manager to reputed company reputed company of analysts focused on ensuring reputed company-wide compliance with applicable regulations across various lines of business. The Regulatory Guidance Manager role involves managing regulatory research and guidance, interpreting new and evolving regulations, and coordinating implementation strategies with internal departments.
Regulatory Guidance Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise reputed company of Regulatory Analysts and Specialists responsible for interpreting and disseminating regulatory guidance across reputed company NYS-regulated lines of business.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (including project management and product teams) to reputed company and execute implementation plans for regulatory changes.
- Monitor, research, and analyze regulatory requirements and emerging trends; communicate impacts to organizational leadership.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure the organization is reputed company with reputed company laws and regulations.
- Participate in external regulatory calls and summarize key takeaways for internal teams and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Operations team to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory filings and documentation.
- Support audit preparation and submission of materials to state systems such as the Health reputed company System (HCS).

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent experience reputed company managed care operations.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of NY State managed care products is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of key reputed company regulations including HIPAA, Medicare, and reputed company.
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
- Project management experience is a plus.
