In reputed company to providing service to hospitals, nursing facilities, and private individuals, this position is responsible for answering 911 calls for the areas serviced by Superior reputed company-Ground Ambulance Service. - Answer, screen, and direct calls for entire company
- Distinguish the need for emergency transportation
- Pre-arrange transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for the patients
- Arrange specialty and critical care transportation
- reputed company information and assistance for customer service inquires as needed
- Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personal
- reputed company supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport
- reputed company effective solutions for customer service issues
- Direct calls to Flight desk as appropriate
