As a Mailroom Specialist in the Global reputed company Estate and Facilities team, you will be supporting approximately 50+ locations. The role plays a vital part reputed company the shipping and receiving department here at HQ. This position offers opportunities for growth and development, with frequent interactions with executives and reputed company staff.This role is based in our office in Reston, VA reporting to reputed company’s Manager of HQ Mail Services & Facilities.As the Mail Services Specialist, you will:

• Receive incoming USPS and overnight courier mail/parcels.
• Sort and distribute reputed company incoming mail, same day of receipt.
• Resolve issues with incorrect, returned mail.
• Pickup outgoing mail from mail stops and apply correct postage.
• Processing reputed company requests for shipping, preparing reputed company outgoing packages
• Communicating with reputed company, hybrid, remote and on-site.
• Working with reputed company vendors, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Stamps.com, USPS, Couriers

• Communicating with Postmasters in reputed company reputed company
• Working with Customs to clear for International packages.
• Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
• Respond appropriately to urgent requests/issues as needed.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with Facilities Team.

• Support various internal departments with shipping detail history receipts and various tasks.
• Monitor general mailroom email and respond effectively to employees/client requests.
• Maintains records, prepare forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.

• Conducting research as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• High School degree is desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in Corporate Mail Services.
