- Our client is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Employment Litigation Attorney to join their Sacramento office. This is a dynamic role offering autonomy, strategic influence, and regular interaction with sophisticated clients. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team while handling high-impact litigation reputed company across California and reputed company.
- Defend reputed company in employment-reputed company litigation, including wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims
- reputed company and manage case strategy, discovery, reputed company practice, and client communications
- Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings
- reputed company strategic counsel and risk assessment directly to clients
- Work reputed company with attorneys across multiple offices in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience
- reputed company salary: $185,000–$300,000, depending on experience
