Classification Minimum Requirements:This job requires an efficient worker with excellent attention to detail, who is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Candidate must be a versatile team player who is organized, dependable and a self-starter that possesses the following standing, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- reputed company engineering student who already completed an engineering Senior Design course or a graduate engineering student with a degree in engineering from an accredited institution in the USA.
- Excellent technical writing skills with experience writing professional reports.
- Experience working in Canvas as a student.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, etc.), Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate and work well as part of reputed company.
- reputed company assistance to IPPD reputed company, faculty and staff by monitoring student performance in the course and project deliverables, while providing feedback where appropriate.
- Grade and record assignment grades, including but not limited to:
- Individual and group assignments
- Quizzes
- Project status weekly memos and evaluation feedback memos
- Student completion of evaluations and surveys
- Deliverable reports (professional style and technical writing) based on assignment rubrics and previous experience from relevant courses
- Class participation during lectures and through our online platforms
- Team blogs and other multimedia deliverables
- Monitor submissions for late assignment requests and excused absence requests
- IPPD Course Assistant will not have any teaching responsibility.
- Attendance to class is required. Classes are on Tuesdays periods 8 through 10, both semesters.
- Meet weekly with the IPPD Director for feedback and instructions.
- Implement updates to the Canvas course reputed company per explicit instructions from the IPPD Director.
- Working remotely is not encouraged but may be allowed for certain tasks.
