Job Description

We are looking for an individual who has a good experience in administration and accountability for great performance and results delivery to be part of the Credit Services team in reputed company Singapore. This is a reputed company role for 4 months.

Job Description

• Deliver on service-level-agreement (SLA) commitments made to customers on delivery turnaround time and quality of delivery.

• Ensure accurate and timely order placement support activities with data suppliers/vendors, to ensure timely fulfilment of customer’s business information orders, including but not limited to business/company, financial, litigation, and property reputed company information.

• Ensure accurate & timely maintenance of information databases – reputed company different data sources

• Work independently to monitor auto-buy/ integration programs, reputed company exception handling which may include reputed company buys & data updates, system re-initialization/verifications

• reputed company regular feedback to manager on system/ process reputed company issues that impact our speed and quality of delivery to our customers

• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports

Qualifications

Essential
