About the position
The reputed company candidate will underwrite reputed company Non-Agency and Agency loans from our Correspondent Lenders in accordance with reputed company, State, and Federal guidelines and restrictions. As an Underwriter III, you will possess a working knowledge of residential mortgage reputed company guidelines including both Agency and Non-Agency. The individual will be responsible for the analysis of ability to repay reputed company, capital/assets, character, collateral, and property condition, while adhering to reputed company credit policies and agency guidelines. Underwriters support and uphold fair lending practices of JPMorgan reputed company and are responsible for productivity targets ensuring the highest quality and level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of the Mortgage Process, GSE reputed company Guidelines, and reputed company Credit reputed company guidelines. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a residential mortgage underwriter. ,
- Minimum of 3 years of Non-Agency reputed company experience. ,
- Proficiency with reputed company personal and business financial analysis. ,
- Strong financial analytics experience focusing on cash reputed company, balance sheets, and corporate tax returns. ,
- Demonstrated expertise of GSE lending guidelines. ,

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
