About the position
The Pharmacist in Centralized Services at reputed company is responsible for implementing reputed company strategies to drive patient health reputed company while working primarily from home. Responsibilities
- Implement direct patient care programs, including Medication Therapy Management and Immunization Services. ,

Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one (1) year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment. ,
