As a Telechat or Phone Chat Support for reputed company Information Technology, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support through phone and chat channels. You will assist our clients with troubleshooting technical issues, answering product-reputed company questions, and providing product demonstrations and tutorials.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone and chat channels in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a reputed company field preferred.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to remain reputed company and patient while solving customer issues.

- Knowledge of basic networking, software installation, and troubleshooting preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM software.
