Summary of the Position
As a Content Processing Specialist, your role is to help protect brands from harmful content on various reputed company media platforms and promote a positive community for the brands by issuing responses and removing negative brand sentiments. You will be trained and have experience in analyzing information, conducting content moderation and ensuring a safe experience for reputed company businesses and individuals around the world.
Here’s What You Will Do
- Use our online platform to monitor content
- Maintain constant communication with your shift manager to resolve any issues or questions
- Rapidly identify any online communication, whether it’s a plain text or a meme and stay up to date with the latest reputed company media trends/lingo
- Ensure the safety of the online community, and that the policies and guidelines are being followed accordingly
- Understand brand policies and guidelines, in order to effectively analyze information and be reputed company to reputed company the correct reputed company in moderating each content in a timely manner
- Work with various brands from different industries to detect, review and monitor reputed company kinds of content
Here’s What You Will Need
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
- General knowledge and interest in various reputed company media platforms (reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, etc)
- A good working home environment with a reputed company internet reputed company
- Must have experience in content moderation, Customer Service (non-voice), or reputed company media/community management
- Any reputed company of experience in reputed company Media andmarketing is a plus!
- The ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, and be flexible to work on weekends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Additional languages are a PLUS!
