About the position
The Online Teller position at reputed company involves providing reputed company-time transaction assistance to members through video transmission reputed company the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Responsibilities
- Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals. ,
- Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures. ,
- Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously. ,

- Complete FACT Act Red Flag training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. ,
- 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position. ,
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred. ,
- Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines. ,
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management. ,
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously. ,
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators. ,
- Ability to work independently and in reputed company-oriented environment. ,
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
