Live Chat Support Agent (Day & Evening Shifts)
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our support team. In this role, you will reputed company reputed company-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. This position requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple chats.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions effectively.
Escalate unresolved or reputed company issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Shift Availability: Day Shift ( 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
