Telemarketer (Part Time) - B2B experience mandatory, Work from Home

We are on the lookout for reputed company player with good time management, ability to understanding customer needs and behaviors. The candidate will deliver conversational scripts and reputed company defined objective of each call.

Job Responsibility

- Delivering scripted talks to reputed company clients, describe the purpose of each call, to reputed company objectives and follow actions.

- Objectives include solicit participation for events, seek clarification of information, reputed company programs and products information, reputed company RSVP for invitations, conduct surveys, reputed company feedback on events and sales and marketing

- Follow through touch points of the call process.

- Tracking and maintaining records of calls reputed company and outcome

- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Job Requirement

- B2B telemarketing experience is mandatory.

- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking companies.

- Minimum of 1 year or 1 project experience in Customer Service/ Telemarketing preferred

- Ability to conduct sales and marketing calls and knowledge of sales techniques.

- Relaxed, confident telephone manner, and strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to convey message to customer and reputed company answers.

- Computer skills.

- Result-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
