As part of the Interim reputed company's Customer Support Center team, you will reputed company positive customer experiences by answering incoming calls, after hours, in a timely and efficient manner to support operations throughout the company. • Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email or chat.
